I have always felt, that myths have a lot to offer in the way of the intuitive wisdom that resides with in each story. That wisdom can be experienced and used, if we are open and innocent, and willing to use our instinctive and intuitive tentacles; those that can be found beyond our analytical and mundane thinking.
I have a strong belief, that particular books arrive in our lives in certain moments. We find them so that they can teach us something; to connect us to the deeper truths within, and of course to entertain us.
Second Thunder addressed me from the very beginning. It intrigued my imagination and resonated inside in a way, that only a few books had. The story moved me through time and space so that I was in the middle of the epic confrontations of heroes and villains. I travelled to those places, where darkness and shadow will grow, just to have the darkness wiped away by the Light of the Truth.
And ultimately it made me ask: "Why does all this touch me on this very personal level? What do these visions contain that penetrates the surface of my mind, and wakes up the deeper levels of experiencing with in?”
For me Second Thunder was not the easiest book to read, because of its´complex and diverse language, also because English is not my native language, but reading it was definitely worth it. I have already read it two times...
